Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. About the role We're looking for a detail-obsessed Project Manager to join Kyra 's PMO. This is a foundational, hands-on role focused on the day-to-day operational backbone of our influencer marketing campaigns. You'll spend most of your time building and maintaining campaign infrastructure on our platform with a high bar for accuracy, with occasional ownership of timeline tracking as campaigns move through their lifecycle. It's a great fit for someone early in their PM career who takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly. What you'll do Build and maintain brief shells on the Kyra platform with a high level of data accuracy, ensuring every campaign is set up correctly from the start. Keep campaign data clean, consistent, and up to date across our systems, catching and correcting discrepancies before they become problems. Work closely with the tech team, providing insights on workflow and UI/UX optimization to help improve the tools we use every day. Track campaign timelines and flag risks or slippage, supporting the wider PM team as deadlines shift. Handle general project admin and maintenance tasks that keep campaigns moving. What we're looking for 0–2 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or admin-focused role (agency or marketing experience a plus, but not required). Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy — you notice when something's off. Highly organized, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently and reliably. Comfortable working in web-based platforms and tools; quick to learn new systems. A clear communicator who can share observations and suggestion
