Why We're Looking for You We're looking for a Project Manager, Implementations to join our Implementation team and lead banks through their digital transformation journey. You'll manage multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our banking clients successfully launch on time. This is a hands-on role where organization meets execution. You'll be the conductor orchestrating complex implementations while building trusted relationships with banking executives and operations teams. What You'll Do Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues What We're Looking For Background in software implementations or professional services Technical ap
