You will lead a variety of high-impact technology driven project, from debuting new payment features to refining our internal business processes and executing major strategic shifts. You will be the connective tissue of the company, ensuring that our technical, financial, and operational goals are all moving forward in harmony. How You’ll Support the Team: Lead Diverse Projects: Own the full project lifecycle of multiple initiatives. This includes everything from software launches and technical migrations to strategic business shifts and internal process improvements. Bridge the Departments: Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product and Operations. You ensure everyone understands how their specific task fits into the big picture of the company's strategy. Optimize How We Work: Identify areas where our internal workflows are slow or redundant. You’ll design and implement better processes to help the company scale more efficiently.
