Your job is to keep everything moving forward, aligned, and energized.</div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="external-panel__heading">Key Responsibilities</h2> <div class="external-panel__trix-content external-panel__trix-content--colored"> <div> <div> <div>You’ll own three core responsibilities:</div> <ol> <li> <strong>Coordination</strong>. You’ll manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and ensure tests move smoothly from idea → build → launch → analysis. You’ll spot risks early, unblock teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.</li> <li> <strong>Strategy Planning.</strong> You’ll help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments. You’ll communicate the “why” behind the plan, set expectations, and walk clients through progress and results in weekly meetings.</li> <li> <strong>Energy (“Vibes”).</strong> You’re the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. You bring clarity, positivity, and momentum.
