Property Manager (Australian Residential Portfolio) Location: Philippines (Remote) Work Setup: Full-Time | Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST About the Role We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Australian client and take ownership of a residential property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with property owners and tenants, and can confidently manage a portfolio with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of approximately 200 residential properties initially, with the opportunity to manage a larger portfolio as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a residential property portfolio of approximately 200 properties. Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors through email and phone communication. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders. Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, tenancy matters, arrears, notices, and general portfolio enquiries. Review routine inspection reports and coordinate follow-up actions relating to maintenance, tenancy, or compliance matters. Maintain accurate property records and ensure all tasks are completed promptly and thoroughly. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Take ownership of your portfolio while working independently with minimal supervision.
