Proposal Manager

Job Summary The Proposal Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to Federal, State, and Commercial solicitations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including Business Development, Capture, Contracts, SMEs, and teaming partners—to develop winning strategies, define proposal structures, and ensure timely delivery. The Proposal Manager ensures strict compliance with RFP requirements and alignment with customer priorities throughout the proposal lifecycle. Job Responsibilities Analyze RFPs/RFQs and develop compliance matrices, outlines, and proposal schedules. Lead and Manage the full proposal lifecycle for Federal, State, and Commercial opportunities. Facilitate kickoff meetings, daily stand-ups, progress check-ins, and color team reviews. Collaborate with Capture teams, SMEs, and leadership to develop win themes, key differentiators, and executive summaries. Coordinate contributions from SMEs, Writers, Graphic Design
