As our Proposal Manager , you will lead the development and execution of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for healthcare organizations seeking to improve their revenue cycle operations. You will manage the proposal process from opportunity kickoff through final submission, partnering closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, HR, and other stakeholders to develop compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals. Each day, you'll drive proposal strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality responses that align with client requirements and our organizational objectives. Your ability to build relationships, influence across teams, and translate complex solutions into compelling proposal content will be critical to success.
