Job Summary Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Contract Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This fully remote role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare providers across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful career opportunities. Job Duties Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare provider positions across multiple states. Create and maintain job postings in the ATS and on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn. Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. Prepare and extend employment offers. Develop creative sourcing strategies and provide weekly recruitment pipeline updates. Represent Ennoble Care professionally while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
