We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, testing practices, and ensuring the reliability of software systems, with a proactive approach to identifying and preventing defects. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to validate functionality, improve testing processes, and ensure that our platforms meet the highest standards of performance, security, and usability. Your role will be essential in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that support efficient and reliable operations across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Review and analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure they are testable and complete. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and cross-functional team members to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and sign off on releases. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing for new and existing features. Ensure adequate test coverage for every feature and product release. Perform end-to-end testing activities including functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate system integrations. Write SQL queries to validate data integrity and investigate backend issues. Identify, investigate, and document defects, system issues, and performance bottlenecks. Perform root cause analysis on reported issues and track defects through their full lifecyc
