ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述: 负责主导工厂质量管理体系（ISO 9001 & TS16949）的维护、监控与持续改进，确保生产及流程符合相关国际与客户标准。 负责工厂质量问题的解决及持续改善。 负责新产品开发相关的质量、工艺支持，对新产品质量进行监控和管理，确保量产时质量的稳定。 负责过程质量异常的处理，分析及持续改进，确保质量的稳定性。 负责QA团队的日常管理、绩效考核及技能发展，推进工厂质量KPI指标（如FTQ、NNN等）的达成，并在厂内建立和推广持续改进的质量文化。 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责: 主导并维护公司 ISO 9001 和 TS16949 / IATF 16949 质量管理体系的有效运行。负责组织并执行内部体系审核、过程审核（VDA 6.3）和产品审核（VDA 6.5）。作为主要接口，协调和迎检第二方（客户）及第三方（认证机构）的质量体系审核。 针对各类审核（内审、外审、客审）中发现的不符合项，推动并监督责任部门进行根本原因分析，制定并落实有效的纠正与预防措施（CAPA），确保按期闭环。 负责工厂整体质量工作（SQE，IPQC,OQC），制定并维护产品的质量控制标准，指导员工进行现场质量判定。 跟进新产品项目，包括试验方案制定、现场跟踪与改进；负责主导汽车类产品的 APQP 核心文件的编制与提供（包括 PMAP、过程特殊特性确定、PFMEA、Control Plan/CP 等）。 负责部分新产品试验审批及 Gate Review 工作，确保新产品严格遵循 DDOS 流程。 对产线的待处理产
