Participate in the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, system testing, troubleshooting, and support activities Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into comprehensive testing scenarios Design, create, and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports, and test automation initiatives Perform manual, regression, API, and integration testing of web-based applications and services Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and QA colleagues to ensure product quality and successful releases Estimate testing efforts, identify project risks, and proactively suggest improvements Monitor system performance and investigate issues using logging and monitoring tools Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA
