Sutherland Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated). Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API layers. Validate configurations across ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CSM Build and maintain automated test frameworks using ServiceNow ATF Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to review requirements, identify gaps, and raise defects early. Log, track, and manage defects through the full lifecycle using Jira or equivalent tools. Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration — triggering automated tests on code commits and deployments. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during testing Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives and maintain testing documentation. Mentor junior QA team m
