CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a QA Lead to join the Cyberpunk 2 project. In this role, you will manage a gameplay QA team within the project, adapting the project QA strategy into clear team plans, priorities and measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for developing a high-performing QA team, ensuring reliable milestone verification, maintaining visibility on gameplay quality status and risks, and continuously improving QA workflows, tools, reporting, and gameplay testing practices within your area of ownership. You will collaborate closely with Production, Development, Tech, Shared Development Services, QA Experts, other QA Managers, and cross-functional teams to support gameplay integrity, engine and tools quality, performance, stability, gameplay consistency, and development pipeline reliability. Responsibilities: Leading, mentoring, and developing the gameplay QA team while fostering accountability, role clarity, and continuous skill growth. Adapting & Implementing the overarching Polaris QA strategy into practical testing approaches, measurable outcomes, and clear team priorities. Owning testing execution and milestone verification, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet gameplay quality standards. Monitoring gameplay quality metrics, KPIs, and bug trends to identify risks early and build practical mitigation plans. Partnering with development, production, and external QA vendors to coordinate dependencies, gameplay requests, and alignment.
