QA Manager - Game Testing (CDMX)

The QA Manager is highly experienced in managing Testing teams within the game industry. Their main role will be dedicated to ensuring the successful project execution. They will be responsible for setting up, training, and managing the QA Testing Production team. The QA Manager will provide support to the Sales team helping their clients and supporting developing of new business. They play a crucial role in managing the QA team, setting strategic goals, and maintaining effective communication with customers. Monitor the progress of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Create, modify, and adjust structural systems within groups strategically to benefit the business, ensure client satisfaction, and utilize personnel in the best possible ways. Oversee the selection, training, and development of QA staff, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, feedback, and reporting. Continuously assess and improve the QA department's performance, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
