The QA Manager is highly experienced in managing Testing teams within the game industry. Their main role will be dedicated to ensuring the successful project execution. Oversee the selection, training, and development of QA staff, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, feedback, and reporting. Continuously assess and improve the QA department's performance, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
