We are currently seeking a QA Test Manager- Remote to join our team in Remote, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). QA Test Manager / Lead QA Engineer Location: Remote, anywhere in Mexico Intermediate level of English The QA Test Manager serves as a technical expert and advisor across multiple testing methodologies. This role manages large-scale application testing, leads cross-functional quality initiatives, conducts rigorous quality audits, and mentors junior QA staff. Key Responsibilities Leadership : Manage the end-to-end testing of entire software application programs or major projects involving large development and QA teams. Mentorship : Regularly mentor and guide less experienced staff on all aspects of software testing concepts. Technical Guidance : Act as a technical expert or advisor for one or more complex testing techniques. Quality Auditing : Plan, facilitate, and conduct quality assurance audits. Process Improvement : Analyze audit findings, recommend actions to improve product and service quality, and track them to closure. Strategy Optimization : Identify, recommend, and implement changes to enhance the long-term effectiveness of corporate testing strategies. Basic Qualifications & Experience Breakdown Total Experience : Typically requires 8–10 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance. Testing Methodologies (8+ Years) : Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall environments. T est Automation & Development (5+ Years) : Advanced proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Java, API testing (REST/SOAP), and SQL databases . Project Management Tools (4+ Years) : Strong operational knowledge of project management and defect-tracking platform
