Quality Manufacturing Engineer

How will you make a difference? As a Quality Manufacturing Engineer , reporting to the “Production and Supplier Quality Manager”, you will ensure compliance with quality requirements during installation, commissioning, and start-up activities for railway projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to corporate standards, contractual requirements, industry regulations, and customer expectations through process audits, inspections, control plan monitoring, and non-conformance management. What will your typical day look like? Ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions, technical specifications, and quality standards during installation and assembly activities. Verify the implementation and effectiveness of Quality Plans, Control Plans, commissioning activities and Inspection & Test Plans, and monitor and control inspection activities. Ensure traceability and proper maintenance of quality records associated with completed work. Plan, conduct, and document on-site process audits to verify compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and approved procedures. Identify non-conformities, process deviations, and opportunities for improvement, and drive corrective and preventive actions through closure.
