Location: This is a remote role and requires someone to be based in Georgia, Alabama, or Mississippi. Position Summary: The Real Estate Manager is responsible for collaborating withlocal broker teams, master broker & Real Estate Senior Analystto develop a comprehensive and strategic real estate market plan for their assignedterritories, andthen oversee and execute on all aspects of the real estate life cycle within the same(I.e., from site selection,deal negotiation, lease negotiation,to opening, to restructuring, remodeling, repositioning). Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree orMaster’s Degreein Business Administrationor real estate/finance related concentration is preferred 3+ years of experience in retail real estate field isrequired 2+ yearspreviousexperience in market planning, site selection & deal negotiation Must have workingknowledge ofregional retail markets,shopping centers &majordeveloperswith particular Experience managing third party service providers, includingmasterbrokers, local marketbrokersand outside legal counsel Superior communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, withdemonstratedability to understand the audience and customer Strong negotiation and transactionmanagement skills Strong ability to work in an ambi
