The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process in a virtual environment, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates, screening applications, coordinating virtual interviews, and helping ensure a positive and timely candidate experience. This role serves as a key representative of the organization and helps build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs across remote, hybrid, and onsite roles. Main Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Develop and post job descriptions in ATS system, and on job boards, social media, career sites, and other recruiting channels. Source active and passive candidates through databases, referrals, networking, professional platforms, and recruitment events. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Coordinate and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements, using online scheduling and collaboration tools. Coordinate interview schedules across time zones between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
