I work with clients across Germany and Europe, and I'm looking for a motivated colleague to join me in placing mostly technical, and sometimes commercial, roles. Tasks Identify and attract top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing, and market research Understand what truly drives candidates, their ambitions, motivations, goals, and non-negotiables Reach out with personalized messages that earns the candidate´s attention Build strategic sourcing reports that give clients real market transparency and clear hiring direction Requirements Your A player qualities: You take ownership, challenging searches don't intimidate you 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English, with the confidence to engage candidates from junior to C-level Active sourcing is your strength, you know how to identify, approach, and engage top talent others overlook Curious and always learning, you thrive in startup environments where your ideas and initiative shape outcomes Benefits Work from anywhere.
