The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end interview coordination, stakeholder communication, candidate engagement, and recruitment process administration to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Manage interview logistics, calendar scheduling, and meeting room arrangements. Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding requirements. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Collaborate with BFSI business leaders and recruitment teams to ensure hiring timelines are met. Facilitate smooth communication across multiple stakeholders. Candidate Experience Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates.
