Role Summary: We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our People team on a part-time fixed-term contract (15 hours per week) to provide maternity cover . Hours: 15 hours per week. We can be flexible on how these hours are worked across the week, although some availability during normal business hours will be required to coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of our recruitment process, ensuring candidates receive a professional experience while enabling hiring managers to recruit efficiently. Working closely with the Recruitment & Retention Lead and hiring managers across the business, you'll coordinate recruitment activity from advert publication through to offer stage, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The role is expected to last approximately 6–8 months , although the exact duration will depend on the return of the substantive postholder.
