We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a varied and challenging role working in a small team reporting to the Head of Recruitment. In this role, you will be part of the wider HR team. This role is a 12 Month Fixed-term contract. You will be required to support the delivery of both permanent and contract resourcing activities for NEC Software Solutions, ensuring that a high-quality recruitment experience is delivered to internal stakeholders and candidates. You will also be required to liaise with the business around future requirements, succession planning, market salary analysis, and resource allocation, depending on project volumes and time-scales. This role will be particularly focused on recruiting for our Central Technology Team, amongst other roles. Experience hiring in a Technical IT capacity is essential – including but not limited to the hiring of Architects, Developers, Cyber Security and ITIL individuals. Experience with hiring for Technical Housing Professionals would also be extremely beneficial. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Continually support the delivery of resourcing strategies to managers across all areas of NEC Software Solutions. This is predominantly external recruitment with some potential for contractors. Supporting internal recruitment, including cross-team moves and promotions. Supporting hiring managers in recruitment best practices and providing hands-on support during the recruitment process. Advising on attraction methods, advertising, and interviewing. Managing a personal case-load of between 20 and 40 vacancies concurrently Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from role approval through to contract generation.
