Work Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Work Setup: Remote Language(s): English fluent essential Work Hours: Monday to Friday standard days (Central or Eastern) The Recruitment Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and measuring recruitment marketing campaigns. This role sits within the Candidate Generation department, servicing Cielo ’s accounts. What really sets this role apart from others, is the breadth and scope of what you can do. Duties and Responsibilities: You will be accountable in enhancing Cielo ’s media and recruitment marketing capabilities in North America and LATAM by devising integrated campaigns, as well as the measurement and optimization of media channels. This will include managing business-as-usual media and campaigns for our clients, ensuring that there is a focus on ROI on all channels. Along with delivering campaigns, you will be responsible for creating real operational impact for our clients by working with account, Brand, and Technology teams. This will require you to build relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and client side. You will also work closely with the wider Candidate Generation team to drive strategic initiatives and change programs. Responsibilities Devise integrated recruitment marketing campaigns with the aim of attracting and engaging jobseekers and increasing operational impact Internal / external stakeholder management Media planning and optimization – custodian of campaign and business-as-usual budgets across portfolios, along with media relationships Management and continuous improvement of our media publishing capabilities Create best in class candidate experience based on operational needs of our clients Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies Deliver regular reports of campaign resu
