WHAT YOU’LL DO Edit short-form reels and podcast clips from raw creator content and interviews, identifying scroll-stopping moments that resonate with target audiences Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each model's brand and personality Ensure platform compliance (proper framing, audio, age-appropriate content) Collaborate with creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral impact REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated short-form editing skill with a portfolio of approved, published Instagram/TikTok reels showing strong engagement and aesthetic quality (range and coachability weigh more than exact years) Strong English (required) — the key language for communication and storytelling; we edit increasingly vlog-style content where English fluency directly shapes the edit. Spanish is a plus, not required.
