Job Summary The Regional Business Development Representative supports regional sales growth by developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding SEA's presence within an assigned territory. The Regional Business Development Representative manages a smaller, more focused territory under the guidance of sales leadership and collaborates closely with Regional Business Development Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and supplier partners. This is a remote position with some travel required. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory by prospecting new customers, supporting existing accounts, and developing long-term business relationships. Sales Support: Assist Regional Business Development Managers with customer opportunities, strategic accounts, product introductions, and long-cycle sales initiatives. Relationship Building: Develop relationships with customers, supplier representatives, and internal teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
