This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment where your expertise will directly support patient services and clinical operations Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote 1st and 2nd line technical support, resolving incidents and service requests assigned through the IT Service Management platform. Support clinic staff across multiple locations with: PC and laptop deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance. Printer installation and support. VOIP telephony support and configuration. Network troubleshooting and connectivity issues. Local and central server support. User account administration and access management. Provide technical support for key clinical applications, including: RIS PACS MedServ Electronic Health Records (EHR) Assist with IT projects, upgrades, system rollouts and infrastructure imp
