Position Summary This posting represents Regional Operations Manager opportunities across multiple Home Franchise Concepts brands. The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) serves as the strategic business partner for an assigned portfolio of franchise owners. This role is responsible for helping franchisees achieve sustainable revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and long-term business success through business coaching, financial guidance, operational support, and relationship management.
