POSITION OVERVIEW (Job Summary): The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and expanding market share within an assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships. This role manages the full sales cycle for capital extrusion equipment projects, from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation and contract execution. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, the Regional Sales Manager works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to deliver technical and commercial solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position also supports territory planning, sales forecasting, market analysis, and represents CPM at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
