The Regional Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, performance, and optimization of vessels and related floating equipment in the Middle East Region. The role ensures that all assets are managed cost-effectively, safely, and in full compliance with international regulations, company policies, and client requirements. Your responsibilities as Regional Technical Manager: Develop, implement, and oversee multi-annual vessel budgets covering maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, overhauls, insurance, and fuel/lubricant costs to ensure effective fleet management. Supervise and ensure the proper planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, dry-dockings, modifications, and technical projects within budget and in accordance with company standards. Monitor and guide the application of effective project management techniques, ensuring high-quality reporting and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Ensure that all vessels are maintained in a safe and fit-for-purpose condition to achieve optimal utilization and operational reliability.
