What You Will Do This role owns the upgrade and release process end-to-end, including customer and internal communications, status updates, deployment, release notes, smoke testing, and ensuring every customer upgrade is successful, tracked, planned, and on schedule. You'll serve as the link between Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Product during every release cycle, giving leadership and customers clear visibility into where a release stands at all times.
