General Description: The Reliability Support Engineer position is responsible for supporting hardware and software engineering teams in building reliable, automated products. This role will oversee engineering lab operations, maintenance, and improvements while supporting electro-mechanical testing, test automation, robotics, and data acquisition - Starting compensation is based on experience. - No H1 Sponsorship. - Must Already be in Mountain View, CA or willing to relocate at own cost Primary Responsibilities/Tasks: Set up, configure, and execute engineering test procedures, sensor instrumentation, and automated data collection pipelines according to technical documentation. Develop, maintain, and execute automation routines and DAQ test sequences using LabVIEW and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++). Integrate, program, and maintain robotic fixtures, actuators, and automated test stations to support repeatable life-cycle and stress testing. Manage hardware and software computer setups, driver installations, firmware flashing, and network configurations for lab instruments. Ensure lab spaces and test cells are organized, calibrated, safe, and maintained for maximum operational efficiency.
