What You'll Do As a Remote Insurance Representative , you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefits while providing outstanding customer service and long-term support. Client Responsibilities Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations Explain available benefit and coverage options Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates Build and maintain long-term client relationships Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication Professional Development Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship Develop communication, leadership, and client service skills Learn industry pro
