Remote Federal Health Program Manager
Join Leidos QTC Health Services as a Federal Health Program Manager on our Employee Health & Readiness team, where you’ll play a key role in driving mission‑critical programs that support federal health initiatives. In this role, you will oversee programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals. You’ll lead the development of proposals, business plans, and work statements, and guide the creation of budgets and contract terms. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll manage ongoing communications, facilitate program reviews, and help shape program strategies through contract negotiations and change management. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful work that has a direct impact on federal employee health and readiness. Primary Responsibilities: Federal government contract program management for program(s) operating across the nation with multiple service delivery models. Primary point of contact to the government. Responsible and accountable for overall contract performance and financials. Provides leadership through daily communication with various internal departments to coordinate services including during start-up period. Collaborates closely with Provider Relations, Information Technology, Facilities, HR and subcontractors to ensure contractually compliant services. Manages the workload through the various operational team leaders to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives including quality, timeliness, customer service and cost metrics. Maintains effective working relationships with all customers, gaining feedback and working closely with the operations leadership to modify processes to ensure performance objectives are met. Drives continuous process improvement to enhance performance. Works closely with operations and leaders to continually improve processes and procedures in support of program.
