Job Description: Remote Lead Cognitive Behavioural Therapist UK Nationwide – Remote working Salary: Competitive salary + Fantastic benefits 12 month fixed term contract Fulltime and parttime hours available This is 3 days working with clients and 2 days doing MHST duties (no clinical diary) We make health happen: As a Remote Lead Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will combine expert clinical practice with leadership, supervision and service development responsibilities. You will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based CBT while leading on clinical governance, quality improvement and the ongoing development of remote mental health services, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients and an outstanding customer experience. Clinical responsibilities Deliver high‑quality CBT and low‑intensity psychological interventions, supported by comprehensive assessment, formulation and evidence‑based care planning. Provide therapy via remote delivery models, including telephone and video consultations, in line with client preferences and service pathways. Manage CBT and online CBT cases in line with Bupa’s clinical pathways, sessional limits and private medical insurance allowances, working towards recovery‑focused goals. Provide signposting, onward referrals, one‑off assessments, wellbeing support and coaching as required. Deliver group psychoeducation, workshops and remote wellbeing training to promote mental health awareness and resilience. Leadership, supervision and governance Provide clinical supervision, advice and consultation to therapists, ensuring high standards of clinical quality, safe practice and adherence to pathways. Attend and contribute to individual and group clinical supervision and monthly team meetings in line with professional and organisational requirements. Uphold and actively contribute to high standards of clinical governance, including clinical effectiveness, safety, risk management, incident management and continuous quality improvement.
