Remote No-Code Automation & Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Remote No-Code Automation & Systems Specialist to design, build, and optimize scalable business systems for small business clients. As a business consulting firm, we help organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale through no-code platforms, automations, AI-powered workflows, and business systems using tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, Softr, and Make.com. In this role, you will build and implement reliable systems, automations, integrations, and AI solutions while collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Founder to deliver high-quality, well-documented solutions on time. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on experience with no-code platforms and automation tools, thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building scalable systems that help businesses operate more efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Building & Implementation Build and configure client systems using no-code platforms, including Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, and Softr. Design and implement automations using Make.com and third-party integrations. Implement AI tools and workflows to improve client operations. Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and thoroughly documented solutions. Collaboration & Process Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope and deliver projects on time. Partner with the Founder on technical decisions and solution design. Follow established project management processes and delivery standards. Communicate project risks, blockers, and scope changes proactively. Documentation & Execution Document all builds clearly so clients and the team can understand and maintain them. Create Loom walkthroughs and Scribe guides as part of every delivery. Deliver projects on time and communicate proactively regarding delays or changes.
