Scope of Work Analyze and synthesize information from public records, reports, and lengthy documents to distill key findings. Conduct rigorous source verification and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and credibility of all content produced. Develop well-structured, non-opinion articles employing industry-standard narrative formats such as the lead and inverted pyramid. Craft concise, clear, and context-rich summaries or full-length articles based on provided document sets. Participate in iterative editorial reviews, incorporating feedback to enhance clarity, structure, and factual consistency. Document research methods and citation trails for transparency and future reference within the project. Communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal formats, collaborating with project stakeholders as needed. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 4 years reporting or correspondent experience at a recognized media outlet. Proven expertise in document-heavy beats such as investigative journalism, business, or science reporting.
