What you will do We are seeking a post-doctoral research /associate scientist with a focus on quantitative data management and analysis to join our team in a full time permanent position. Under the Deputy Director, Institute for Quality, you will, conduct literature reviews and syntheses, develop research questions to interrogate through CVNs archival and/or prospective data collection mechanisms and methods and will identify and pursue grant funding opportunities to expand and enhance our research portfolio and impact on the field. You will also support internal operations research and quality improvement projects, optimizing clinical care and organizational processes to ensure CVN remains a learning mental health network and advancing the field. Specifically, you will: Conceptualize proposed research projects based on subject matter knowledge, experience and critical evaluation of existing evidence including the peer reviewed literature Develop and apply a range of analytic techniques and methodologies and research designs; conduct and present analyses of archival and prospective data Conduct EHR-based data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and R and/or Python
