Manage an inventory of property claims and evaluate coverage and damages. Conduct investigations and establish action plans based on policy, best practices, and state regulations. Communicate with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, and third parties throughout the claims process. Review estimates and negotiate fair settlements with insureds and vendors. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of claims. Apply knowledge of policy, Xactimate, and claims handling guidelines. Demonstrate empathy and deliver exceptional customer service. What are the requirements needed for this position? High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of residential property claims adjusting experience supporting both CAT and daily claims. Demonstrated proficiency with use of computers to include Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate and enter data on multiple screens P&C Adjuster license required What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
