Job Summary As a Revenue Cycle Intelligence Associate , you will lead customer initiatives and support the development and delivery of technology-enabled service offerings. You’ll work closely with customers to leverage Kodiak’s analytics platform and your experience as a revenue cycle operator to drive operational improvements and financial performance across the revenue cycle. This role requires a blend of healthcare revenue cycle expertise, analytical acumen, and customer-facing experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with Engagement Managers with customer engagements focused on revenue cycle transformation and performance improvement. Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
