This Position reports to: Segment Manager Industries Your role and responsibilities In this role you will focus on building a high-quality sales pipeline, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by positioning ABB as a key enabler of flexible, safe, and scalable automation. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, business development acumen, and field sales expertise in collaborative robotics or industrial automation. You will be instrumental in expanding ABB ’s footprint in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as large manufacturers. You will be instrumental in expanding the customer base and driving spec position of ABB robots and ABB Function Packages in General Industries based applications . These include welding and metal finishing, machine tending, assembly, 3D printing, vision supported applications and more - all within the broad General Industries space. Focused industries include Aerospace, Metal Finishing, Construction, Data Centers, Defense, and more. Role can be based remotely, in the North Western US. Preferred location of candidates will be near major airports and transportation hubs such as Portl
