We serve large supermarket chains in Germany and across the EU. We already hired two backend developers through "HN - Who is hiring" and are now seeking a Lead Product Engineer (Ruby on Rails) / Engineering Manager (Ruby on Rails) with a minimum of 8 years of experience (preferably in startups), as we recently closed another large contract with a major retail chain and are growing quickly. For both the Lead Product Engineer and Engineering Manager roles, professional knowledge of German is required, and you need to be based in the EU. We are building a retail robot, initially focusing on teleoperation and later on autonomous model development. You should have at least 3 years of experience with humanoid robots, VLAs, teleoperation, and other relevant robotics systems. Professional knowledge of German is required, and you must live in or be ready to move to Bremen.
