JOB DETAILS Base Pay $20 per hour Plus $2.50 Shift Premium for Night Shift Shifts Available: Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm rotating shift Night Shift: Mon-Thursday 6PM to 6AM Employment Benefits start on day 1 On Demand Pay Program (Access your pay when you need it) Weekly Pay DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Roll Form Associates are responsible for all aspects of roll-formed accessory production, including tooling setup, machine operation, part inspection, product packaging, and material handling activities Complete all tasks as assigned by production department leadership Read, understand, and follow the steps outlined in SOPs for each task being performed Deviations from established procedures are permitted only with supervisor approval Take prompt corrective action to eliminate safety hazards, minimize equipment downtime, reduce scrap generation, and correct deviations from quality standards Complete required documentation including production records, quality checks, product labels, and manifest transactions in a complete, legible, and accurat
