Spreetail is seeking an RPA & AI Automation Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of fulfillment technology through AI-powered software and intelligent automation. In this role, you’ll build and ship solutions that directly impact our fulfillment centers—from full-stack applications and operational dashboards to AI agents, multimodal workflows, and intelligent automation that solve problems traditional technology can’t. You’ll work closely with FC leaders and operators, leverage cutting-edge tools like Cursor, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, and n8n, and take ideas from operational pain points all the way to production. How you will achieve success: Build and ship features for the FC App, including FC management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, roster/labor tracking, and operational workflows. Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code, LLM APIs, AWS Bedrock, and orchestration tools like n8n) to build quickly, while owning code quality, cost, latency, and maintainability. Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents for FC operations, including multimodal document/data processing, with appropriate evals, guardrails, observability, QA, security, and documentation. Partner with FC leadership, operators, and Tech to identify operational pain points, prioritize the automation backlog, integrate data sources (Dayforce, S&OP forecasts, 21-day plan, toolkit tables), and drive solutions through adoption and support.
