RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere (Contractor)
BP3 is seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere to join our automation delivery team. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade automation solutions for enterprise clients - covering the full lifecycle from process assessment to deployment and ongoing support, increasingly enhanced with AI/ML capabilities. This is not a "build and hand off" role. Working closely with BP3 architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders, you will take end-to-end ownership of your solutions, from identifying automation opportunities to production monitoring and continuous improvement. We're looking for someone with sound technical judgment and the ability to translate technical concepts into language business stakeholders can act on. Responsibilities Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360, ensuring bots are scalable, reliable, and production-ready Architecture & Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end design of RPA solutions, including workflow documentation, component allocation, and bot architecture aligned with enterprise standards Process Assessment: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and estimate effort and complexity Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise platforms (ERP, customer billing, databases, APIs), ensuring seamless data flow across systems Bot Maintenance & Monitoring: Oversee production bot performance, handle business user inquiries, conduct root cause analysis on failures, and drive continuous improvement cycles during the on-call workday (8am-5pm CST) Code Standards & Best Practices: Adhere to RPA development standards and contribute to reusable component libraries Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of automation workflows, design decisions, and operational runbooks Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to conti
