About the Role We are looking for an experienced RVP to lead our East Sales organisation. This is a frontline leadership role focused on building a high-performing enterprise sales team, developing talent, and driving predictable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coach who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. They have successfully led enterprise Account Executives, built disciplined sales execution around MEDDPICC, created strong outbound sales cultures, and know how to leverage channel partners to accelerate pipeline and close business. This leader will report directly to the SVP of Global Sales and will play a critical role in scaling o
