Sage Intacct Implementation Lead

Role Overview The Sage Intacct Implementation Lead Consultant serves as a senior implementation resource responsible for leading Sage Intacct deployments, guiding clients through complex business and accounting process decisions, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes. This role acts as the primary implementation lead on assigned projects, providing strategic guidance, solution expertise, and project leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle. The Sage Intacct Implementation Lead Consultant is also expected to serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced implementation team members, helping elevate the overall quality and consistency of implementation delivery across the organization. Compensation | $95,000–$145,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation Client Leadership & Relationship Management Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned Sage Intacct projects. Build trusted client relationships and guide stakeholders through implementation decisions. Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business, accounting, reporting, and operational requirements. Provide strategic recommendations aligned with Sage Intacct capabilities and industry best practices. Identify and resolve implementation risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining proactive client communication. Solution Design & Implementation Lead solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities. Translate business requirements into effective Sage Intacct solutions and workflows. Advise clients on financial process improvements, reporting structures, and system optimization. Oversee complex implementations involving multiple entities, dimensions, approvals, and advanced reporting. Ensure all solutions align with client objectives and Sage Intacct best practices.
