Location : Bogota, Cali, Medellin Preferred Experience : Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, Hematology, Oncology General Description: We are seeking a proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented Sales Representative/Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account management, as well as a strong track record in promoting highly specialized therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Hematology, Neurology, and Rare Diseases. Experience in product launches is also essential. Additionally, the candidate must possess a deep understanding of the Colombian healthcare market and its key stakeholders. Essential Functions: Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, including wholesalers and payers. Segment physicians and payers and implement effective negotiation strategies. Have an in-depth knowledge of products and associated pathologies to promote them adequately to clients. Identify and analyze market needs to quickly adapt to changes in the healthcare environment. Collaborate closely with the team, fostering a teamwork atmosphere and contributing to the development of effective and ongoing sales strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM. Previous sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on hematology and oncology. Knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system and experience managing accounts, particularly with wholesalers, Oncology Institutions and payers. Excell
