Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful professional to join our new Sales Acceleration team. This role will play a foundational part in building and executing programs that improve sales efficiency, expand seller capacity, and accelerate commercial performance. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented problem solver who is energized by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and translating insights into practical solutions. This person will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Solutions Consulting, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve tools, processes, and programs that enable the sales organization to work smarter and faster. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new function and contribute to programs that will have direct impact on sales productivity, pipeline creation, and commercial execution.
