Sales Development Representative

Requirements What are we looking for? We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who is creative, organized and can work in a fast paced environment. This position is a US based fully remote position with some potential to travel. How will you make an impact? Learn and explain technical products and concepts An open thinker who has a creative mindset Cold outreach to new prospects Out-bounding is the critical focus, but also handling inbounds Investigate customer problems and challenges and identify leads that should go to Account Executives Leveraging channels across LinkedIn, calls, and emails, to target prospects Establish best practices and efficient processes Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and targeted outbound strategy Identify trends from prospective customers to share with the product, marketing, and customer success teams Track and log all sales activity in our CRM (SFDC) and other tools Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs What is needed to succeed? Ideally 1-2 years in a biz dev, lead gen, (phone-based). Experience in SaaS/enterprise/cyber security companies is advantageous but not essential Bachelor’s degree preferred Fluent English speaker, any other languages are a considerable plus Self-starter personality
