Sales Development Representative
We are a modern gym management software built for gym owners who want to run and grow their business. We serve thousands of martial arts academies, boutique fitness studios, and multi-location gyms worldwide with CRM, billing, scheduling, payments, and member management in one platform. We already get steady inbound interest from Australia and New Zealand, and both markets are dense with martial arts academies and boutique gyms. You will often reach a front desk staff member before you reach the owner, and getting past that conversation with credibility is a core skill in this job. Your job is to earn a real conversation, understand how the gym operates, figure out whether our company is a fit, and book them onto an AE's calendar. You are measured on qualified pipeline, not activity for its own sake. Duties and Responsibilities Run outbound sequences into Australian and New Zealand gyms: martial arts academies, boutique fitness studios, and multi-location operators. Expect 60 to 100 outbound touches per day across calls, email, and SMS. Lead with a warm-up touch before dialing. Cold-calling a screened mobile does not work in this market and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Handle the front desk conversation well: explain the company is in one sentence, find out who makes software decisions, and get to that person. Work cold prospect lists of gyms running competitor software including Clubw
